Brewer

Florida Keys Brewing Co is looking to add a new Brewer to our team. We are a 20bbl brewery located in

Islamorada with 240bbl cellar space and a CASK canning line. We are a small company owned and operated

by a husband and wife. We want someone who is eager to be part of our brewery family, works hard and

loves the Florida Keys!

As a brewer at Florida Keys Brewing, you need to be proficient at all aspects of the brewery.

Some additional qualities we are looking for are:

-Minimum two years professional experience.

-Focus on quality and safety.

-Ability to work independently and with others.

-Strong work ethic and dedication to improving quality and process.

-The ability to multi task.

-Be able to work in hot, humid environment.

-Be able to safely lift and carry heavy supplies like 55lb bags of grain repeatedly, kegs and spent grain bins.

-Be flexible with early mornings and late nights, as needed to meet the brewing schedule.

This position is full time and pay is commensurate with experience. We offer paid vacation and holidays.
