Lead Production Brewer

This individual will be responsible for brewing as well as actively assisting in packaging, production, cleaning, sanitizing and any other tasks deemed necessary within the brewhouse or production areas.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Brewing
• Dry-hopping
• Fruit additions
• Beer transfers
• Yeast pitching
• Management and operation of yeast schedules
• Centrifuge operation
• Recipe development and R&D
• Brewery maintenance and assisting teammates with cleaning
• Troubleshooting

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to SOP Manual

• Special projects including barrel aging work and pilot beer concept contribution
• Communication between all levels of the company; sales, creative, tap room.
• Team management and leadership
• Quality control and sensory management
• Training and development of production team members

• Must have commercial brewery experience, preferably in a production brewery.

Compensation & Benefits

Based on experience. Hourly with regular performance-based raises.
