TheSouthwest Regional Sales Manageris responsible for the direction, implementation, and support of all sales-related aspects across our Retail/Wholesale landscape. This territory is comprised of a 4 -State area and would preferably be based inSalt Lake City, Utahbut directly oversees all PRESS activity withinArizona, Colorado, Utah, and Nevada.


Network Outline:

  • Utah:General Distributing, Golden Beverage, Bald Eagle Beverage, & CH Distributing
  • Arizona:Crescent Crown, Legacy Beverage, Finley Distributors, & Canyon Distributing
  • Colorado:Legacy/New Age Beverage (Total State Coverage)
  • Nevada:Great Basin (Total State Coverage)


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Wholesale/Retail Management across the Southwest Region.
  • Numerous forms of effective day-to-day communication with each of our Wholesale & Retail partners.
  • Collaboration Internal/External – Market Calls Incentives, Retail Programs, Events, and Sponsorships.
  • Meet or exceed volume/distribution goals while providing visibility with KPIs in the Southwest Region.
  • Create, build upon and maintain relationships with local and regional retail accounts (ALL-Premises).
  • Manage distributor inventory through regular forecasting and assisting with logistics when needed.
  • Proactively educate partners, creating share of mind and opportunities (GSMs, One on One, Etc.)
  • Assist National Accounts Team with execution, ad/programming, and gap communication.
  • Execute ABPs, QBRs, and Planning Meetings with Key Distributors
  • Manage pricing and budgets (Resource Forecasting)
  • Work with the Marketing team to identify and execute local consumer-facing activities (brand awareness)
  • Ability to attend various meetings as requested with minimal advance notice.

Required Skills/Abilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Minimum of 5 year’s Beverage Experience, Preferably Supplier or Wholesale Management.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to independently build rapport
  • High and excitable energy for taking on new challenges with a hands-on attitude
  • A team-first & success-oriented attitude with a growth mindset
  • Experience or knowledge of professional selling techniques
  • Strong communication, presentation, and merchandising skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Ability to understand industry reports/analyze data utilizing VIP/Karma reporting system
  • Must be well-organized and detail oriented.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to travel to various locations within the Southwest Region, up to 50%.
