About the Job
Searching for a driven and dedicated Ops Spud who will bring their Operations experience of managing supply chain, procurement, 3PL/Consolidators, forecasting/demand planning and contract manufacturing experience to our organization. This person will report directly to the VP of Operations and will work with our distributors and contract manufacturer partners as well as cross functional team members executing our expanding distribution and supporting our growth strategy as we rapidly scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing relationships with multiple contract manufacturers, distributors, key retail partners and 3PL’s
- Efficiently manage operational costs and expenses through the budgeting process while continually exploring opportunities to lower costs and/or expenses
- Support of cross functional team members needs with a focus on timing and execution.
- Promotes and ensures the implementation of the continuous operational Improvements within the organization
- Lead and develop 3PL/Consolidator transition project
- Demand planning and forecasting monthly production needs based on order file and budget expectations
- Manage and oversee production runs
- Inventory management
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be able to balance multiple priorities, projects, and problems simultaneously and be detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Prior experience in Operations (managing contract manufacturers, distributor relationships, cost control and improvement, 3PL & Consolidators, logistics, sourcing, etc.)
- Must be able to travel, about 30%
- 5-7 years of experience in a related field preferred
- Preferred is local to Orange County, CA but for the right candidate we are willing to explore remote!
